Alex's Diesel Truck Repair

Hands down the most professional diesel shop I've been to! Carlos Jr. did an outstanding job—they know Paccar and Cummins inside and out, way better than many others !!!! They diagnosed and fixed an issue that the dealer couldn't even figure out, and they got it done fast at a very fair price. If you need it done right and quick, this is the place. Big thanks to the whole team!!!!

I spoke with Carlos a few days prior to having a semi towed to his shop to a transmission swapped out. Carlos was easy to get ahold of, understanding with the fact the transmission had a warranty and helped expedite the process. Was quick and efficient to install it once it got back to the shop. Carlos understood that the 4 axle Pete was used for heavy haul and inspected the suspension. Suggested I replace the dog bones, shocks and bolts. He was very up front about pricing and was quick to get me quotes. He also fixed an air leak and charged the AC last minute as we were leaving the shop. Like I said, his pricing is more than fair, and he’s up front. We ran into a situation where the job became more intensive due to rust and the parts never being changed out. He was apologetic and was concerned about going over the initial quote but as I said he was very fair and the work him and Francisco did was top notch and well worth it. I’ve never had a shop be so transparent and customer service focused. If I am ever in the area I will have all work performed by his shop and so should you! Also, they kept the shop clean. 110% recommend this shop! Thanks Carlos, Francisco! Trucks running smoo

By word of mouth, instead of taking my truck to a dealer, I brought my truck to Alex's Diesel on a Monday morning. By noon it was diagnosed and invoice was sent to warranty company. Parts were ordered and truck was ficed next afternoon. Paid ny deductible and went on my way. Great family owned repair shop and if in Dallas area, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Carlos

I have used many shops recommended by others and I have been burning badly every time EXCEPT by these guys. Firstly, WORKMANSHIP. I have had to use them to repair repairs made by big dealer and off brand shops and have had no complaints only praises for their workmanship, customer service and costs. Secondly, Skill, knowledge and application of those for the costs are unbeaten. I had had my truck at shops charging me $290 per hour for workmanship I would value at $13 per hour. Finally, SERVICE. When a part breaks and its warranty-covered, they take care it with no complaints. As a personal references goes I have driven my truck 1500 miles to get to their shop to get repairs done once, right and at reasonable no fluff no BS cost.
